This ISE Annual Meeting in Bologna, Italy will bring together internationally recognised scientists. Typically the expected delegate number for ISE Annual meetings will be about 1500 delegates.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Registration:
Two participant registrations are included with your booked booth.
The basic stand package includes:
Shell scheme stand 6m2 (3m x 2 m)
White walls
Carpet
1 table and 2 chairs
2 halogen lamps
1 electrical board with multiple socket 220V
Name board with black standard lettering
The items included in the stand cannot be exchanged neither reimbursed.
Floor Plan and assignment of space
Exhibitors' Services Manual:
For more items/furniture, wired internet, additional electricity, etc., please fill in the exhibitors' services manual and return it to the ISE Office before 2 July 2018.
Booth Installation and Dismantling:
You may start your booth installation on:
Saturday, 1 September from 10:00 to 16:00
Sunday, 2 September from 13:00-15:00 or
Monday morning, 3 September between 08:00-09:30
All booths must be dismantled on Friday, 7 September, between 13:00-17:00
Receipt of Goods:
All parcels should be clearly marked ISE2018 + Exhibitor name and booth number.
Parcels can be received as from 27 August 2018-1 September 2018 as follows:
